Hi I’m Josh, I’m a Personal Trainer and Golf Strength And Conditioning Coach. I have a passion for fitness and helping other people which is the reason for me starting my journey as a P.T.

I have a wide range of qualifications enabling me to provide specialist coaching to a wide range of clients and ensure all individual needs are met. Whether you’ve just signed up to the gym or you’re a veteran of the gym and need that helping hand pushing past a plateau, I’m more than happy to be a part of your fitness journey.
